On this evening we will feature a menu composed of three different types of sangria, paired with a menu of light summertime fare. The wines we will be basing our sangrias on are from the Crios de Susana Balbo winery in Mendoza Argentina and are all produced using sustainable agricultural methods.

We prepare our sangria by blending mottled citrus, sugar, a touch of fizz, juice, fresh fruit, and of course chilled wine, so to produce three very different sangrias starting with the wine we will be mixing up the recipe of each one.
