Yerba Mate
Yerba Mate is the national Argentinean beverage. It is a loose leaf herb similar to tea, and is traditionally served in a dried gourd (Mate) and is drunk with a bombilla (filter straw). While Mate is caffeinated, it aids in digestion, relaxation, and focus. Mate is full of natural antioxidants and tastes predominately of evergreen and earth.
