Large parties and Private events…

Thank you for your interest in us for your event. Caminito Steakhouse hosts parties up to 10 during public dining with a reservation through opentable, parties of 11 to 16 with a pre-planned menu during public dining service and private events up to 60. We have seating of 48 inside (8 of which would be bar seating) with another weather dependent 36 seats on our patio.

Booking the restaurant for a Private Event:

We love hosting events. Due to our size and public dining service we must charge a minimum cost equal to the sales of a normal night on that day of the week and time of the year. We regularly host over 100 guests on a Friday or Saturday night while weekdays are also busy. Depending on the time of year, booking the restaurant out for the night would be somewhere in the $4500 to $6500 range for a Friday or Saturday. This would not include tax and service charge (7% & 20%). For a weekday or Sunday it would be $2000 to $4000 not including tax and service charge.

Seating:

We have a wonderful outdoor patio. Because it’s partly uncovered, it’s best for a cocktail hour and mingling. We can seat up to 36 outside if the weather is nice. That change from inside dinning to the patio can be made the day of the event. Our inside dinning room can seat 40 with another 8 bar chairs if needed.

Food:

A great place to start is our current menu at www.caminitosteakhouse.com. Most of our private guests choose a three course meal of three choices each course. We can also work together on any special items you’d like.

Drinks:

Open bar. All drinks are added to your bill. You are charged only what your guests order.

We do limit some of our rarer spirits due to our ability to stock them. Some of our whiskeys can be very hard for us to restock once they are gone. For wine we typically pour our wines by the glass and not anything off of our 200 bottle wine list. Although if you have a wine that you love we can work with you and bring in something special for your event. We are unable to allow outside drinks or food in the restaurant or allow any beverages to leave the restaurant.

Payment:

We require a 50% deposit on booking your event. This deposit is refundable with a seven day notice. The balance is due the night of the event.
